What is a Helix Tour?

A Helix Tour is a custom designed, high quality, 360° virtual tour of your community. Unlike most 360° virtual tours, Helix Tours offer nearly unlimited customization and advanced features. This allows us to create unique online experiences according to your branding guidelines and marketing strategy. Helix Tours are only filmed by our team of in-house professional photographers.  We never contract out photography as this can lead to poor and inconsistent image quality. Travel Expenses 

There might be circumstances where travel cost will need to be added on to the discounted package. We work very hard to keep these at a minimum while still processing request in a timely manner. Here are some examples of how we mitigate travel expenses:

Multiple Photoshoots in One Trip

We can greatly reduce the need for travel expense if we can do 3+ jobs in one trip.

Scheduling in Advance

Knowing about and planning for jobs in advanced is the single best way to reduce travel expenses.

Piggy Back on Other Trips

We are constantly on the go, which often works in our clients’ favor as we can extend trips or reroute photographers to accommodate.

How it Works

  • Select Communities

    Select the communities and packages you want. (National discounts available when signing up multiple properties) You will have a dedicated Regional Manager assigned to your account. They will help answer any questions regarding package options and drafting proposals.

  • Schedule Photoshoots or Begin Renderings

    Once you have selected your communities, your Regional Manager will coordinate photoshoots’ times and dates with you and/or the on-site team.

  • Design Tour

    Once the photoshoot is complete, our design team will begin working on your Helix Tour. Standard Helix Tour 10-14 business days. Rendered Helix Tour: 2-12 Weeks

  • Train On-site Staff

    Once your Helix Tour is online, we will host a one hour training session for the on-site staff on how to effectively use their Helix Tour.

  • Integrate Helix Tour

    Depending on your marketing strategy, Helix Tours can be integrated into your community’s website, ILS, touch kiosk, leasing tablets, social media platforms and more.

  • Track Engagement

    After your Helix Tour is fully integrated, we will monitor its analytics to ensure property engagement. If we are not seeing great engagement, we will examine possible changes such as tour layout or website integration.
